The University's Chaplaincy and Faith Support service is offering a 6-week course for anyone who has been bereaved at any time and in any way.
Using a series of films and discussion groups over a five-week period, this course gently guides participants through the most common aspects of grief, enabling them to process things for themselves and find ways forward.
There is an optional sixth week that covers faith questions in bereavement, therefore making the first five weeks suitable for any faith or none.
Sessions take place virtually every Tuesday at 2pm, starting on Tuesday 24 November. Each session lasts up to 90 minutes.
