The scheme is a valuable tool for students looking to move from studies in to a creative career as each internship will provide practical vocational experience, training and development across a range of arts administration skills including: event planning, organisation and delivery; finance and fundraising; budget administration and management; together with an awareness of the importance of marketing, publicity, communications and PR.

The scheme is open to Home based, fee paying students who are passionate and committed to developing their core skill sets in the creative industries. Additionally the scheme is aimed at students from particular backgrounds or groups to that those from backgrounds underrepresented in Higher Education can fully access the opportunities, and to widen social mobility within the creative sector.
