Fika are offering free access to their Mental Fitness Masterclasses from September to December 2020.
Fika is a customisable mental health improvement platform that works to develop the seven skills of mental fitness; confidence, positivity, focus, connection, meaning, motivation and stress management.
Each session will be run by Fika Head of Psychology Dr Fran Longstaff, and some sessions will feature expert guest speakers.
Sessions are scheduled for the following dates:
- Introduction to Mental Fitness: 4-5pm on Tuesday 15 September
- Connection: 4-5pm on Tuesday 13 October
- Stress: 4-5pm on Tuesday 10 November
- Meaning: 4-5pm on Tuesday 8 December
