Once you’ve answered the questions you’ll receive a personalised report indicating your level of proficiency across a wide range of digital activities. This report can only be seen by you and you can retake the self-assessment as often as you like.

The reports can be downloaded so that you can keep track of your progress over time. The tool also suggests some next steps to take to develop your skills and it offers links to a range of online resources.

Areas covered in the assessment include digital learning, digital communication and collaboration, digital identity management, digital wellbeing, using digital tools, digital creativity and problem solving, and finding information and resources.
