In readiness of you returning for the next academic year, we want to remind you of some key dates and information to look out for. Please note, you will receive more detailed information in relation to the below in due course.

July

Spring assessment results will be available to you via Blue Castle from Tuesday 9 July 2024. Please ensure that you check your progression information (available from Tuesday 16 July 2024) even if you are aware of your overall results. This will inform you whether you are required to retake any assessments.

August

Late summer resits

Following your progression or award decision, late summer resits will then take place Monday 19 August 2024 to Saturday 31 August 2022 (including Saturday 24 & 31 August 2024).

Registration

We will contact you via your university email address inviting you to re-register for the 2024/25 academic session, unless you are undertaking reassessments over the summer.

Completing your online registration as soon as possible, and at least 3-5 working days before the start of term will ensure that you receive your student loan on the date that your course restarts. Completion any time after that will take approximately 3-5 working days from the date you re-register. Please note, failure to register by the deadline (two weeks after your start date) will result in your record being suspended.

September

Teaching timetable

Your individual teaching timetable will be released on Monday 2 September 2024.

You will be able to view this via the ‘Teaching & exam timetables’ on the MyNottingham app, through MyCal and Exchange Connector integrated calendar services, or the master online timetables on the Teaching Timetables webpage.

Module enrolment

The pre-module enrolment period for the next academic year has now closed. However, you will have another opportunity to make amendments to your module choices. This will take place from Monday 23 September 2024 to Friday 4 October 2024.

Remember that the earlier you complete your module change of mind, the earlier you can access all of your modules on Moodle and receive your completed teaching timetable.

Autumn term

The Autumn term will begin on Monday 23 September 2024 to Friday 13 December 2024.
