The scheme – run in partnership with Nottingham Trent University – places students in local schools within Nottinghamshire, giving you the chance to be an educational role model for young people.

Students in Classrooms gives you the opportunity to:

• work with young people in 1-2-1 and small group settings
• gain work experience in a classroom setting
• work in primary or secondary schools
• make a difference to the futures of young people in Nottinghamshire

This is a paid work opportunity consisting of 10 placement days between January and May. The precise timings are flexible to fit around your studies, but weekly attendance is preferred and a commitment of 5-7 hours a week is required.
