View your exam timetable

To log in, use your University username in the format ‘username@nottingham.ac.uk’ and enter your usual password.

The timetable will show you the schedule for your exams. Exam locations and seat numbers will be added during the week commencing Monday 9 December.

Exam timetables will not be published in any other systems, so please only use the link given above to view your individual timetable.

Please note the following:

• Alternative exam arrangements for students with a disability or condition will be added during the week commencing Monday 9 December. From that time you will see the ‘AEA’ prefix shown on exams where alternative arrangements will be made for you. If you cannot see ‘AEA’ for alternative exam arrangements, please complete an exam support form.
  
  
• If an exam you are expecting to sit in January is missing, you have exams scheduled for the same time or if you can see exams that you are not expecting to take, please inform us by completing an exam support form. In the meantime, you can view the schedule for all exams by using the master exam timetable.
  
  
• Please inform us as soon as possible of any errors, no later than Friday 20 December. The University will be closed from 5pm on Friday 20 December and will reopen at 9am on Thursday 2 January.
  
  
• You will receive an email confirming that we have received your enquiry and we will respond to you as quickly as possible. Please be patient as we work through enquiries and continue to prepare for your exams as you planned to.
