Whether you're cycling to campus, walking between lectures, going for a run, or just hanging out at home playing with your dog, you can earn points.

Once you've earned enough points, you can redeem them for prizes such as hot drinks and clothing.

The app is free to download. Just search 'Moves+' in your app store and make sure you select the University of Nottingham community when you register.

The first 500 people to download the app, register and achieve 1,000 points will be entered into a prize draw to win a £75 Amazon voucher.
