If your course offers optional modules, make sure you don't miss out on module enrolment.
For new students
You will be able to choose your optional modules from 12 noon, Wednesday 22 September to 5pm on Tuesday 28 September. There will be a second opportunity to change your modules if you wish from 12 noon Thursday 30 September to 5pm Wednesday 13 October. Module choices will need to be made in the MyNottingham web application during this time.
For returning students
you can change your chosen modules between 12 noon, Thursday 30 September and 5pm, Wednesday 13 October. Module choices will need to be made in the MyNottingham web application during this time.
Helpful tips
- You will only be able to submit the form once so take time to consider your options carefully. We recommend consulting the Curriculum Catalogue and any advice from your school.
- Some modules have a limit on the number of students that can enrol. If you have chosen a 'capped' module, you need to choose at least two alternative modules and list these in order of preference in the section entitled 'Add/Edit comments'.
- If your programme of study allows it, you may wish to take a language module - further information is available on the Language Centre Information Hub.
- Undergraduate students must take 120 credits in a year - postgraduate taught students must take 180
- If you are a returning student in the process of transferring between programmes and you are unable to select the options you want on your new programme of study, please add your chosen modules to the 'Add/Edit comments' box
- Returning students should be aware that any changes you make to your modules at this time will delay the release of your individual timetable by a few days.
Further information regarding the module enrolment process is available on the module enrolment webpage, which will also include a live chat function from Wednesday 22 September to Friday 15 October, 10am-4pm.
