MyNottingham app will be temporarily unavailable

The MyNottingham app will be unavailable for a period of scheduled downtime while upgrades are installed.

The app will be completely unavailable from 10am-11am on Monday 10 June, British Summer Time. During this time, you will be logged out of the app and will not be able to use any of its features.

This planned downtime is to allow us to upgrade the servers. Once this has been completed, you will need to manually log back into the app.

We will update this article and confirm on social media once the updates are complete and the app is available again.
