Students are invited to join a live Q&A with University of Nottingham Vice-Chancellor, Professor Shearer West, at an event chaired by the SU’s Union Development Officer, Madeleine Fox.
Professor Shearer West and Madeleine Fox will be joined by members of the University’s Executive Board (UEB) and senior leaders to discuss the sector and University response to Covid-19, answering an agenda of questions chosen by you.
The events will take place via MS Teams on the following dates:
- 6pm-7pm, Tuesday 9 February
- 6pm-7pm, Thursday 11 February
This is your opportunity to receive an update on the latest developments, pose your questions, and outline any concerns on how the University is managing the latest set of national restrictions and supporting students during the pandemic.
Please note that each session has a maximum capacity of 300 and places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. You will be asked to provide an email address – this is so that we can email you the event link, and your email address will not be recorded for any other reason.
Please let us know which event you would like to attend:

This is why we’re asking you to submit your questions in advance, and we would encourage you to do so, even if you can’t attend the events. Your questions will be submitted anonymously.

Any questions that cannot be answered during the event will be taken away, and an answer will be provided at a later point.
