Master teaching timetables will be published on Thursday 17 September.
Please note that access to timetables – and therefore the information detailed below - is dependent upon the successful completion of online registration, whether you are a new or returning student.
You will be able to view your timetables via the online master timetable, in the MyNottingham app, or via MyCal. Find out more about where to view your timetable.
New students
The master timetable will be published on Thursday 17 September. This includes the core timetabled sessions for the compulsory modules on which you are automatically enrolled, and you will only be able to search by module at this time.
You will not be able to view your individual timetable until your attendance at the University has been confirmed. Once your registration has been completed, you will be able to see your individual timetabled sessions – such as seminars.
If your course allows you to choose optional modules, your timetable will not build until you have completed module enrolment and your choices have been processed. This may take up to three working days from approval of your choices. Module enrolment opens at 12 noon on Wednesday 23 September and closes on Friday 2 October at 6pm. Module enrolment will be unavailable between 8am and 10am on Monday 28 September.
Returning students
The master timetable will be published on Thursday 17 September. This includes enrolments for compulsory modules and for the optional modules you selected in July. You will be able to view your individual timetable once you have re-registered with the University.
If you wish to change your optional modules – or if you missed the module enrolment period in July - you must make your choices by 9am, Monday 21 September. Module enrolment will then re-open for returning students from 10am, Monday 28 September until 6pm, Friday 2 October. Once your choices have been processed your individual timetable will build - this may take up to three working days from approval.
