Undergraduate students - help shape the future of the university and you could win £500!
The Nottingham Student Experience Survey (NSES) is your opportunity to tell us what’s working well, what’s frustrating you, and what you think of your experience so far.
The NSES is open to all non-final-year undergraduate students and is an important way in which you can influence university plans and decisions. You’ll be asked about a variety of aspects of your Nottingham experience, including teaching and learning, libraries and IT, student support services and campus facilities.
Completing the survey not only impacts your student experience but helps to inform improvements for future students too. These are just some of the actions taken since the last survey:
- We’ve introduced a team of Community Engagement Ambassadors to support positive relationships between students and residents
- We’ve reviewed our Counselling model and have launched a new referral process
- We’ve increased library opening hours, with some open 24 hours throughout term time
- Our new MyWellbeing hub has been introduced to provide quick access to mental health and wellbeing support
If you have responded in previous years, we encourage you to do so again – either to raise new observations or highlight any that you feel haven’t been considered.
Upon completion there is also an opportunity for you to be entered into the prize draw where two UoN students will win £500 in Love2Shop vouchers. Winners will be contacted by Friday 6 January.
An email containing a personalised link has been sent directly to your university email address. You can also use the below link and log in using your Student ID number and year of birth.
Complete the survey
It takes around 15 minutes to complete the survey and the deadline is Monday 19 December.
All responses are confidential and anonymous. We will share the results once we have them in the New Year.
Postgraduate students who wish to provide feedback about their university experience are encouraged to do so through their schools and departments via course reps, learning community forums and other avenues.
