Since the closure of University buildings due to the Covid-19 pandemic, our IT Smart Bars have been closed. Now, to make sure you get the support you need The Information Services team have launched an online Virtual Smart Bar via Microsoft Teams.

IT staff are available to support you with your everyday IT queries throughout your studies including:

• basic laptop and mobile support
• email, Teams, Office 365 and software support
• and support with online university systems

The team are available to answer your queries Monday to Friday 10am - 4pm. You can also continue to contact the IT Service Desk for support.
