Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Priorities
Aligned to the People and Culture Strategy our EDI Priorities give the university strategic vision and direction to ensure that we are inclusive by design. The priority areas are:
- Diversification of the workforce and career development
- Awareness raising and education
- Support
The priority actions linked to these areas are reviewed annually so that we can keep track of the performance and impact of the EDI work at the university. However, we recognise that the diversification of the workforce and career development is a key area for us to deliver real change at the university and it is likely to be a long-term priority for the university.
