We are committed to supporting your health and wellbeing at the University to help you perform at your best in your studies or work.
We aim to provide you with an environment that allows you eat well, stay active, promote positive mental and physical health, achieve a balance between your study/work and life, and feel part of a strong and supportive community.
A number of support options are available to you and we hold regular events and initiatives to help you manage your wellbeing at the University. In addition, many of our campuses have lots of open space and greenery where you can relax and truly appreciate nature.
