 Dissertation

A dissertation is a major piece of independent research that you will complete in the Summer Term of your MA. You will select your own area of study and then be allocated a supervisor who is a specialist in that area. Your supervisor will provide advice and guidance as you complete your research. Your dissertation will be around 14000 words in total.

Below you can hear from two former students of the course discussing their dissertations.

John Sandy-Hindmarch is a graduate of the University of Nottingham who is currently studying a PhD at the University of Lincoln.

Ellen Fisher is a graduate of the University of Nottingham who now works for IntoUniversity.
