The aim is for students to become familiar with basic programming in MATLAB, (collection and analysis of behavioural data, and the analysis of fMRI data) using examples related to the collection and analysis of behavioural and/or neuroimaging data.
Problem-based learning to support lectures on neuroimaging topics. Topics covered include an introduction to computer programming with MATLAB, the design and analysis of behavioural experiments, and the analysis of functional MRI data.
