All web resource is currently focussed on switching the undergraduate prospectus over for 26 entry. Any request for support will not be dealt with unless it is critical, such as:
- major pages are down or functionality is not working
- there is a serious risk to university reputation
Normal service should resume after 7 April.
It will help us immensely if you do not submit a ticket for the next two weeks unless it is critical. This will avoid diverting resources into triaging requests for their importance and avoid a backlog forming.
