Paying your fees 2023/24
These are fee regulations that describe how you have to pay your fees.
1. Payment of tuition fees
1.1
Your tuition fees and the due dates will be displayed in your online student account. It is your responsibility to check your account and make payments by the due date(s).
1.2
See the 'what happens if you don’t pay' section for the consequences if you do not pay your fees on time.
1.3
You must pay in UK pounds sterling using the payment methods determined by the University. The University will not accept liability for payment or processing fees, including any differences or charges arising from foreign currency payments.
1.4
If some or all of your fees are paid by a recognised funding body (such as the Student Loans Company, a Research Council, a national government or any other recognised sponsor), you must be able to provide confirmation of this when requested. If you cannot provide this confirmation within 65 days of the start of your course or the sponsoring body fails to pay at the right time, then you will be required to pay all of your fees.
1.5
If the University agrees to a payment plan that differs from those normally available, the University may require you to pay an administrative charge (see other fees you may have to pay).
