Biography

Guy is an award-winning visual artist and a PhD Researcher. She uses her lens to connect with people, families, and communities and is keen to center grassroots experiences. Her practice is mainly concerned with intimate geographies, telling collective stories around food, health/wellbeing, identity, and racialisation.

Guy's research and stories revolve around Caribbean families (African, Indigenous, and Indian), Caribbean Black Geographies, food experiences, food traditions, and wellbeing.
