Ordinance V: Officers of the University

In addition to named Officers of the University as laid out in the Statutes, the Council shall, from time to time, appoint a Chief Financial Officer, a Chief Digital Officer and such other Officers of the University as may be deemed necessary with such duties and upon such terms and conditions as it shall deem fit.
