Physiotherapy and Sport Rehabilitation students complete the Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge!

On Saturday 30th April, a team of 27 physiotherapy and sport rehabilitation students, along with a few supporters, completed the Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge! They were raising funds for Cardiac Risk in the Young, and to date have raised a fantastic £1250.

The Yorkshire Three Peaks route is 24-miles long, and includes 5,200ft of ascent, to be completed in under 12 hours. Conditions were snowy, with many hail showers throughout the day, but the team made it, completing the walk in times ranging from 11 hours to 11 hours 55 minutes.

Well done on your achievement!
