Biography
I am a full-time Assistant Professor in Midwifery at the University of Nottingham. I engage in teaching and research activity and I am also a trained performance coach. I have completed PhD studies researching the intended and unintended consequences of contemporary regulatory reform upon professional project pursuits within Maternity Services. I have 20 years clinical experience in midwifery, as well as extensive skills and experience in research and multi-disciplinary teaching. My research and teaching interests are professional regulation, leadership, management and change.
