Started on nitrofurantoin - now on day 2
Patient complaining of nausea and vomiting ? antibiotic related

Urine culture +ve for E.coli.

No signs and symptoms of UTI - most likely asymptomatic bacteriuria

∆ Fall
∆ Dehydration secondary to fall

Plan:
Falls assessment
OT and Physio
Medication review
Stop antibiotics
Encourage PO fluids
