Examine the photograph below of a hospital bed in a pre-operative room, and think of what issues might be raised by the objects in the room, and the setting. Move the mouse over the photo, and where you reach a 'hotspot' click on it to read notes. It's a well-lit setting, and though overall it may be a frightening environment for the patient it is clinically appropriate for acute health care.

This layer holds notes displayed when user clicks a hotspot. It's set to invisible in the style sheet, and is only rendered visible in page code. It's placed at the very page end, outside the container <div>, so as not to create white space on the main page.
