2. What is a unit of alcohol?

In order to help us understand levels of alcohol consumption, we use the term ‘units’ of alcohol. A unit of alcohol equates to 10ml or 8g or pure alcohol, which is around the amount of alcohol the average adult can process in an hour.

Drag each alcoholic drink to the appropriate box.

Keyboard users can tab to the Alcoholic drinks and use the directional keys and the space bar to select the desired alcohol unit. Then select either "One unit of alcohol" or "Drinks higher than a single unit" in the same way, finally checking their choice through the "Check Answer" button which appears.
