Cognitive behavioural therapy is a talking therapy that can help you manage your problems by changing the way you think and behave by talking about your traumas and concentrate about where your fears come from.
Her symptoms have been reduced and she is feeling better. She now lives with her family in a suburb of Nottingham and is enjoy her life in the UK.
