If you have a problem please go through the following route of escalation:

ensure you have read the available documentation

ask a work colleague (particularly applies to postgrads)

consult HPC Support (see Contacts)
- also consider the local on-line forums
When submitting a problem to HPC Support please try and provide the following:

the nature of the problem
- errors you are seeing
- the nodes your job was running on
- errors on the screen or in appropriate log files
- where you are running the job from and where you are reading/writing to
- the location of your submission script
Please retain relevent files, and give us as much information as you can to help us diagnose the problem.
