HR Business Partners support managers on strategic HR-related matters and organisational objectives such as performance management, organisational design and development, change management and strategic resourcing. 
 
Assistant HR Business Partners support the HR Business Partners to build organisational and people capabilities; deliver strategic objectives for change and projects; and ensure delivery of an efficient and professional case management service.
