The childcare voucher scheme is now closed to new entrants and has been replaced for new entrants by a Government ‘Tax-Free Childcare scheme’.

How does it work? 

  • The flexible benefits are delivered through an approved HM Revenue & Customs scheme. 
  • It works as a salary conversion agreement, meaning you can convert some of your salary for the benefits you have selected.
