The University of Nottingham is hosting a talk by Professor Susan Friedman from Madison-Wisconsin University. She will speak about modernisms and the (ancient) silk roads at 16.00 (UK time) on Tuesday 16th February.
Professor Friedman published a book in 2015 entitled Planetary Modernisms: Provocations on Modernity Across Time (Columbia UP).
