Dr Hannah O'Regan's research featured in the New Scientist

The department would like to congratulate Dr Hannah O’Regan, who has been quoted in the New Scientist about her collaborative research into mushrooms in past diets. The article looks at Neanderthal food and medication and Hannah comments on the fungi in their diet and whether this was an important source of protein for them.
