A unique collaboration by Professor Stephen Hodkinson (and also involving Dr Lynn Fotheringham) has been highlighted in the latest issue of the University’s Research Exchange newsletter. Prof. Hodkinson was the academic advisor for the production of Three: a comic book set in ancient Sparta, by Kieron Gillen. The project was partly inspired by 300, made famous by the film, but aimed at a more accurately informed approach to Sparta – this was where Prof. Hodkinson came in.Read all about it here!
