Alex Patterson has been working at St Barnabas Cathedral as composer-in-residence since graduating from Nottingham University in 2009. Earlier this year the Schola Cantorum of the cathedral recorded a CD of his choral music which is due to be launched at the end of this month as part of a wider ‘Big Weekend’ of his music at the cathedral, where he will be joined by current and former students from the Music Department.
