The Department of Music is delighted to announce the appointment of Dr Elizabeth A Kelly as our new Assistant Professor in Composition.
Elizabeth trained at Yale University, the Royal Conservatory at The Hague, and Eastman School of Music. She has had works performed by leading ensembles and orchestras around the world, including Asko/Schönberg, Ensemble 10/10, California EAR Unit, the Cabrillo Festival Orchestra and the Janáckova Filharmonie Ostrava.
Her teaching at Nottingham will provide composition students with a superb technical foundation plus special options in composing for voice, film and theatre.
