Our Battenfeld MicroSystem 50 moulding machine is optimised for component weights <100mg, as used in a wide range of medical, sensor and other high-precision applications. Mould tools can be generated using our machining facility from component drawings.
The Battenfeld Microsystem 50 enables us to produce high-precision injection-moulded parts down to a weight of just 1mg. A wide range of materials can be used, including some you wouldn’t normally associate with injection moulding.
Robot handling and a quality-inspection camera ensures absolute precision and compliance of all parts.
