The Keeping Children Safe at Home research study
What did we find out?
HELLO! Thank you for visiting our web site.
Also a BIG THANK YOU to all families who took part in the Keeping Children Safe at Home research study.
This is what happened during the study:
- Families from in and around Newcastle, Nottingham, Bristol and Norwich took part in this study
- Over 13000 families shared with us the things they do to keep their children safe
- Some families had children who had an accident at home during the study period
- Our researchers learned many things from the study to help keep children safe at home in the future
- Our researchers have also been looking at all the other research about home safety to find out what other studies have discovered
- We have found that even SMALL CHANGES CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE. Many accidents CAN BE PREVENTED
