COMPARE officially launched on the 18 April and we were honoured that Prof Brian Kobilka from Stanford University and winner of the Nobel Prize for Chemistry in 2012, attended and gave a talk on “Structural insights into the dynamic process of G protein coupled receptor activation”. The launch was followed by a drinks and canapé celebratory reception with approximately 200 people in attendance.
