I am currently working on a project focussed on scaling cardiac biomechanics digital twins for personalised medicine.

Past Research

My PhD was on mathematical models of antimicrobial resistance in dairy farm waste water systems. My previous postdoctoral role was focussed on linear system adjoints to infer Gaussian process forcing functions with the aim of inferring sources of air pollution.
