Dr Aditya Jain

Dr Jain's expertise lies in public policy and risk management of the psychological and social work environment, aimed at business and societal sustainability and promotion of wellbeing at work. 

He has a keen interest in the role of business in society, particularly in relation to labour law relating to the management of the employment relationship, business responsibility and sustainable development.

Dr Jain's work has also focused on examining the role of softer forms of policy, such as voluntary standards, social dialogue and corporate social responsibility in the area of managing working conditions, the promotion of decent work and more recently on the future of work.

His research has been acknowledged for its impact. It has been published as international guidance and standards by UN and EU agencies such as the WHO, ILO and EU-OHSA, and has also directly informed organisational policies and practices.
