I am an expert in diversity management, gender equality and international perspectives on equality at work.
Associate Professor at the Nottingham University Business School, the Deputy Director for MSc Human Resource Management and Organisation, and the founder of the Equality Inclusion Diversity Centre.
I lead and collaborate on a number of research projects, including the Horizon 2020 funded project Gender SMART, where I act as a gender expert, exploring with the rest of the team the integration of gender in funding, research and teaching, and developing policies aimed at improving both the enrolment and retention of women in science and innovation, but also the quality of their experience at work.
In addition to my academic career, I have a professional background in business and organisations, having worked as a staff member in multinational corporations such as HSBC and as a consultant and mentor at the Cherie Blair Foundation for Women.
I am Deputy Chair and Vice Chair Events for Academy of International Business (AIB) Western Europe chapter. Interested in external consultancy and research collaboration.
