Dr Matthew Windsor

Dr Windsor can comment on and has expertise in constitutional Law, with a particular emphasis on the role and responsibilities of the civil service and government lawyers (Whitehall). He is also currently writing a book on the professional responsibilities of advisers in the UK Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office and the US State Department. He is also available to comment on International Economic Law, with a focus on international investment law and investor-state dispute settlement.
