Dr Natalie Hodgson

Natalie researches in the area of international criminal law, particularly 'Article 15 Communications' (where an individual writes to the International Criminal Court asking the Prosecutor to commence an investigation into alleged international crimes).

Natalie is available to speak about the law and processes of the International Criminal Court, as well as issues of international criminal law more broadly. Natalie has previously researched Australia's offshore processing of asylum seekers and has been interviewed in the media regarding the UK's plan to send asylum seekers to Rwanda. Natalie is available to speak on offshore processing and other state policies towards people seeking asylum.
