Dr Luciano Pollichieni

Dr Luciano Pollichieni researches terrorism and organised crime. Previously he has  researched human slavery in Africa (especially Nigeria), terrorist financing through criminal activities, radicalization and drug trafficking.

He can cover stories around drug Trafficking (especially county-lines), far-right terrorsim, Jihadi terrorism, conflicts in Africa (especially the Sahel and the Horn of Africa), and Human Slavery.

Dr Pollichieni has previously been interviewed by the Guardian and the BBC. He has also appeared as a panelist on talk-shows in Italy as an expert in terrorism and organised crime. He has worked for two years as a columnist and a reporter for a monthly magazine.
