Dr Yuwei Xu

 Dr Xu is a sociologist of (early) childhood, education, and gender. His expertise includes gender and men in early childhood education, LGBT teachers, child agency, child-centred diversity and quality education, parenting, parent-child reading, international higher education, and women in STEM. 

He welcomes enquiries related to gender issues in education, equality, diversity and inclusion, parenting, children's perspectives and participation, and internationalisation of higher education.

He has published newspaper articles related to men in early childhood education and challenging gender stereotypes.
