My work is primarily on the management of employees in various business contexts focusing on the attitudes and organisational contexts that affect performance and behaviors at work. I research employee wellbeing, worklife conflicts and psychological ownership. One of my key areas of research is the management of employees in family businesses and SMEs in Asia.
