My expertise is in areas of wellbeing and health in the Malaysia setting. Currently, I am exploring various issues related to the professional and public Malaysian population in the aspect of work-life balance, mental health, and quality of life.

Consultancy and Research: Dr Siti Khadijah is happy to explore opportunities to undertake consultancy and research work with external organisations.
I have been working with various researchers across several institutions. My recent contribution was building a policy related to improving the psychological well-being of working women in Malaysia in the aspect of teleworking which awarded by the Malaysian Ministry of Higher Education under the COVID-19 special grant endowment.
In the future, I look forward to work and associate with the relevant institution or industry related to my areas to expand my expertise and further contribute my knowledge.
