- Clopidogrel to follow infusion.

- Bolus IV Heparin
- ACE-Inhibitor

- Echocardiography
- Or MUGA scan to assess Left Ventricular Function.
- (can be as out-patient if asymptomatic.
Out-patient ETT.
- Angiogram if symptoms persist.
