About the event

Science in the Park is an annual event held at Wollaton Hall and the date is now set for 2025! The event will be held on Saturday, March 8th. Organised by the University of Nottingham and Nottingham Trent University, the event aims to bring the universities' world-leading research to the public through engaging, family-friendly activities. With hands-on experiences for all ages, Science in the Park makes science accessible, fun, and interactive. The event encourages community involvement, celebrates local scientific achievements, and fosters a love for discovery.

Scientists and engineers from the University of Nottingham will be showcasing a range of exciting research and visitors will have the opportunity to find out about a wide range of scientific topics.

Event attendees can also enjoy Wollaton Hall’s very own Natural History Museum, which features a bird room, evolutions gallery and temporary exhibition space.
